Curbside Pickup 

Curbside Pickup allows users to get library material, while keeping students, faculty, and staff safe.
Interested in getting material from the library? 
Follow these steps: 
  1. Using your library account, place holds on the materials you wish to borrow. At this time, please limit your hold requests to 5 items.
  2. Pickup items Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 2 pm (during non-holiday hours) For same day pickup, please place holds by noon. 
  3. When ready to pickup material, remain in the marked, designated area outside of library main doors. Call 215-596-8960 (library circulation desk). 
  4. After you have been verified (please have ID number ready), your items will be checked out to you and brought out to you in a basket. They will be wrapped in brown paper which you may discard. 
Reminders: 
  • Please stay in the marked area until staff has gone back into the library 
  • Kits, models, games and any other physical items other than books are not circulating at this time. 
  • Please use the designated basket for returns. We will not accept any direct transferals of materials  

 

Scanning Services 

The J.W England Library is offering scanning services for physical items in our collection. To request a scan, please submit a "Book Chapter" request via ILLiad.
Please note:
  • Scanning is available for physical books in the library collection - including textbooks on Course Reserve.
  • Faculty, staff, and students may request a total of 2 chapters or a maximum of 50 pages.
  • Entire books cannot be scanned due to staffing and copyright limitations.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for electronic delivery.
